It is with great pleasure that I write this felicitation note to the outgoing Executive Secretary of Borno State’s Geographical Information Service, Engr. Adam Bukar Bababe. Engr. Bababe’s remarkable service to the Board and the State has been nothing short of exemplary. It is undeniable that his contributions have greatly impacted the growth and development of the board. His selfless dedication to excellence has been unparalleled. It is undoubtedly that he has left a remarkable legacy that will be remembered and emulated by many for years to come.
In his tenure, the Executive Secretary has achieved so much, and his commitment to excellence is worthy of commendation. One of the most significant achievements the Executive Secretary has accomplished is that he transformed the board from analog to digital. This is no mean feat, and it has shown his forward-thinking mentality. The Executive Secretary recognized the need for the board to keep abreast of the digital age we live in, and he made this transformation a reality. The impact of this transformation has been felt throughout the state, and it has made the board more efficient and effective in its service delivery.
